Thursday, October 29, 2009 Flotech Controls Pte Ltd - We are an established Industrial Process Instrumentation and Controls company with headquarter in Singapore. We are seeking qualified professionals for the following position in our Indonesia office located in Jakarta.

General Sales Manager
The Job:
To lead and motivate the sales team towards achieving the company’s desired annual sales targets.

The Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years industrial selling experience, preferably in one or more of the following industries:
  - Pulp & Paper
  - Mining
  - Oil & Gas industries
  - Water and Waste Water
• Proven leadership, communication / interpersonal skills, proactive and hardworking.
• Proven customer contacts with major industries
• Successful track record of sales achievements
• Possess own car
• Willing to travel on regular basis

We offer an attractive compensation package, i.e.: basic salary, incentive and commission.

Overseas training will be provided for the successful candidate.
